Job Purpose
To support the organization in providing excellent customer service by assisting clients, visitors, and community members while ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Welcome and guide visitors, clients, and patients.
- Provide accurate information about available services and programs.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide appropriate assistance.
- Receive and direct feedback, complaints, and suggestions.
- Support front office and reception activities.
- Maintain professional and respectful communication with clients.
- Assist in organizing customer service activities and events.
- Support data collection and reporting activities when required.
- Promote a positive image of KARUDEC.
Qualifications and Experience
- Certificate or Diploma in Customer Care, Public Relations, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is an added advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service is an added advantage.
- Applicants should demonstrate willingness to serve and interact with people.
