Cottage Attendants

The Cottage Attendant will ensure guest accommodation is clean, comfortable, and maintained to the highest hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest cottages before arrival.
• Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms and common areas.
• Replace linens, towels, and guest amenities.
• Report maintenance issues promptly.
• Deliver excellent customer service to guests.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE/S.4).
• Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is an added advantage.
• Hardworking, organized, and attentive to detail.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
