- Manage the full bid and tender lifecycle from identification to submission
- Review RFPs/RFQs and support bid/no-bid decisions
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to develop proposals
- Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant submissions
- Support pricing and commercial input development
- Track opportunities and maintain CRM records
- Respond to client clarifications and follow up on submissions
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, Procurement, or related field
- Experience in bid management, tendering, or proposal development
- Strong written communication and documentation skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational ability
- Ability to manage deadlines and work independently
- Experience handling government or enterprise tenders
- Exposure to IT solutions or services
- Strong analytical and commercial awareness
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Familiarity with AI tools and the ability to leverage them for research, content development, and proposal optimization
