Job Overview
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Legal Intake Specialist to support the firm's intake process by managing incoming case inquiries and ensuring all cases are reviewed, organized, and routed efficiently. This role is responsible for monitoring the intake inbox, evaluating case eligibility, maintaining accurate CRM records, and helping prevent delays or missed opportunities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to work independently, and comfortable handling large volumes of information while making sound decisions after training. Schedule
- Monday - Friday, 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM EST (20 hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Inbox Management: Monitor and manage the intake email inbox to ensure timely processing of all incoming case inquiries.
- Case Evaluation: Review and evaluate incoming cases to determine eligibility before routing to the appropriate attorney.
- CRM Data Entry: Enter and organize case information accurately into the CRM system to maintain up-to-date records.
- Referral Prioritization: Prioritize referral source cases to preserve and strengthen key professional relationships.
- Pipeline Filter: Flag and deny cases that do not meet the firm's criteria, ensuring a clean and efficient pipeline.
- Operational Support: Support the intake team by reducing email backlog and preventing cases from being lost.
Requirements
- Administrative Footprint: Previous professional experience in administrative, data entry, or intake support roles.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure cases are processed accurately the first time.
