Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role based in Kampala. The Sales Representative will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with clients, and present the agency’s recruitment and advertising services. Daily activities include prospecting, conducting client meetings, preparing and delivering proposals, negotiating terms, and following up to close sales. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in tracking sales performance, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure that client expectations are clearly communicated and met. The Sales Representative will be expected to meet or exceed assigned sales targets while representing the company in a professional and ethical manner.
Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in recruitment, advertising, or related professional services.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to identify client needs, propose suitable solutions, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing platforms) report sales activities.
• Results-oriented mindset, with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple opportunities at once.
• Ability to work on-site in Kampala and conduct client visits as needed.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with the local labor market, recruitment processes, or advertising channels in Kampala is an added advantage.
