Brief description:

Overall purpose of the job

To oversee the operation, maintenance, and optimization of batch or continuous centrifuges, and all their auxiliary equipments in Curing section ensuring proper separation of solids & liquids, Manage PLC-controlled cycles, check wash water temperatures and maintain high safety and productivity.

Roles And Duties
Oversee the loading, spinning, washing and discharging phases of batch-type centrifuges to ensure maximum productivity.

• Ensure all equipments in curing section up to sugar bagging is maintained properly, attend all maintenance required for those equipments.

• Supervise and allocate works for all your subordinates every day and ensure Curing section machinery maintenance is done in time.

• Perform or supervises mechanical maintenance to minimise downtime, such as checking basket loads, drive technology and repairing components.
