Pazel Conroy Consulting Limited is a Ugandan-based consulting firm providing project management, monitoring, and evaluation services for development programmes, projects, and institutions in the public, private, and NGO sectors. Other services include strategy, institutional development, specialized studies, and research across sectors such as education, agriculture, economic empowerment, health, environment and climate change, youth, gender and inclusion, among others.

Public Financial Management Consultant

Conduct public expenditure reviews, support budget formulation and execution, design and strengthen financial management systems, advise on fiscal policy and public procurement, and provide training on financial accountability and transparency.

The preferred candidates should possess at least a master's degree and more than five years of professional experience in any of the following sectors.
