Job Summary: You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth. strengthening client relationships, and expanding our market presence within the general insurance sector.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Actuarial Science, or a Business related field
• 3-5 years’ proven experience in Business Development or
• Underwriting within a General Insurance company
• Professional Insurance qualification (Certificate / COP / Diploma)
• is highly desirable
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding business targets
• Excellent relationship management & negotiation skills
