JOB DUTIES:

• Plan and produce custom cakes by coordinating production, baking and decoration to meet customer requirements.
• Train and mentor students in cake production and decoration through practical instruction and guidance.
• Support production operations by maintaining food safety, quality standards and an efficient work environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong knowledge of baking, recipe development and food safety.
• Experience in cake production and decoration.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills.
