Schedule
- Must be flexible during client business hours across EMEA and US time zones. This role requires adaptability to engage stakeholders in multiple global regions. (40 hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Strategic Prospecting: Identify and nurture relationships with HR leaders, workforce planners, and procurement heads within global hospital groups, casino operators, and major construction contractors.
- Full Sales Cycle Management: Lead the entire process from initial cold outreach and discovery to complex negotiations and the final close.
- Winning Proposals: Write compelling, sector-specific proposals that address workforce scale, international compliance, and candidate quality.
- Account Strategy: Focus on building long-term, high-volume accounts rather than one-off placements to ensure sustainable revenue.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with recruitment operations and compliance teams to accurately scope delivery capabilities for enterprise deals.
- Pipeline Accuracy: Maintain a rigorous CRM pipeline and provide reliable sales forecasting to leadership.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years of B2B sales experience specifically in recruitment, staffing, workforce solutions, or related HR services.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrable success in closing large enterprise clients and managing multi-stakeholder deals across different countries.
- Communication: Exceptional written skills (for proposal writing) and high confidence on video calls with C-suite and procurement teams.
- Sales DNA: Comfortable with long, relationship-driven sales cycles and high-pressure negotiation environments.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with international labor mobility, overseas workforce deployment, or managed workforce solutions is a significant advantage.
Qualifications
- Existing sector knowledge in Healthcare, Gaming/Hospitality, or Construction/Engineering is highly preferred.
