Salary UGX 1,000,000 – 3,000,000(Gross Monthly + Monthly Performance Bonus)
Responsibilities
· Expand the dealer and distributor network aggressively.
· Achieve strict monthly and quarterly sales targets.
· Drive sales growth of TMT Bars and Hollow Sections.
· Ensure timely payment collections and control outstanding balances.
· Supervise and push the field sales team for results.
· · Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to continuously improve performance.
· Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
· Collaborate with marketing and other departments to improve sales efforts.
· Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or sales management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Good knowledge of market trends and customer needs.
