Job Description

  • Strategic Execution: Based on the company's overall sales targets, formulate and execute sales strategies and action plans for the assigned region, bearing full responsibility for regional sales performance (sales volume, collection rate, market share).
  • Team Building: Build, train, motivate, and manage the regional sales team, enhancing individual team capabilities and cohesion through process management (visits, conversion rates, etc.).
  • Market Development: Responsible for developing new clients and maintaining in-depth relationships with existing clients within the region, focusing on key major clients to increase brand penetration and market share.
  • Channel Management: Manage the regional distributor and agent network, optimize channel layout, standardize market pricing, and ensure healthy channel development.
  • Competitive Analysis: Closely monitor regional market dynamics, competitor information, and industry policies, providing timely market intelligence to inform company product iteration and marketing decisions.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related  field.
  • Work Experience: 3+ years of sales experience, including at least 1 year of regional management or team  leadership experience; candidates with experience in the home appliance sales industry are preferred. 
Core Competencies:
  • Strong market development and stress management skills; able to adapt to frequent business trips. Excellent team management and customer relationship management skills.
  • Clear logical thinking and data analysis skills; able to diagnose business problems through data.  Overall Qualities: Results-oriented, highly self-motivated, with strong professional ethics and a strong team spirit.
