Knowledge, skills and competences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of the equipment market and industry trends
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue goals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet to deadlines.
- Flexible and adaptable to changes in work requirements or schedules.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the compressor market
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
- Provide technical support and product information to customers
- Negotiate sales contracts and agreements
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as engineering and customer service
Qualifications
- A Degree from a recognized university in Mechanical, Electrical, automotive engineering or related field.
- Details of experience
- 1-2 years of sales experience in a related industry (compressors or industrial equipment)
