Knowledge, skills and competences

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of the equipment market and industry trends
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue goals
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet to deadlines.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changes in work requirements or schedules.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the compressor market
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Provide technical support and product information to customers
  • Negotiate sales contracts and agreements
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as engineering and customer service

Qualifications

  • A Degree from a recognized university in Mechanical, Electrical, automotive engineering or related field.
  • Details of experience
  • 1-2 years of sales experience in a related industry (compressors or industrial equipment)
