Key Result Areas

Specific Tasks / Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Engagement

  •  Identify sales leads and follow up to convert them into customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide product information.
  • Solicit orders and deliver products as per customer needs.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions.

Marketing & Brand Promotion

  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as flyers, sack designs, brochures, and digital content.
  • Support the planning and execution of promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
  • Manage feedback from customers on product quality, packaging, and service.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis

  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and trends for cassava-based products (starch and flour).
  • Analyze competitor pricing, product positioning, and promotional activities.
  • Compile and present research findings to the Head of Sales and Marketing.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Act as a point of contact for routine customer queries and complaints.
  • Assist in managing customer satisfaction surveys and feedback collection.
  • Follow up with customers on documentation, contracts, and after-sales service needs.

Performance Tracking and Documentation

  • Record and update farm, factory, and produce sales into the company database.
  • Submit periodic performance reports to the Head of Sales and Marketing.
  • Track leads, follow-ups, and customer feedback for continuous improvement.
