Description
The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), Representation in Yumbe, and Kampala, Uganda, invites registered, reputable, and suitably qualified suppliers to submit firm offers for the tenders outlined below.

Eligible and qualified suppliers duly registered with the relevant government authorities in Uganda, with solid financial standing, proven and relevant experience in meeting UNHCR requirements, are invited to participate in these tenders.

The respective deadlines for bid submission are 2nd June 2026, 3rd June 2026, and 8th June 2026 at 17:00 Hrs EAT, as specified under each tender. Bids received after the specified closing date and time indicated in this advertisement will not be accepted.
UNHCR reserves the right to accept, reject or postpone any bid at its discretion. UNHCR further reserves the right to reject any or all bids, amend the bid timelines, or cancel the tender process without prior notice.
