You will own LinkedIn-first digital marketing for a New York-based technology law firm specializing in AI, corporate law, intellectual property, and technology transactions. You'll lead LinkedIn advertising, organic growth, outreach, content marketing, and lead generation, while supporting broader digital marketing initiatives across Meta, Google, SEO, and the firm's website. This is a hands-on role with strategic input and long-term ownership potential.

What you'll do
- Own LinkedIn marketing strategy across paid advertising and organic growth
- Create, launch, optimize, and scale LinkedIn Ads campaigns
- Manage Meta advertising campaigns, including audience creation, retargeting, and optimization
- Build prospect lists and execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns using Sales Navigator
- Manage connection requests, follow-up sequences, engagement, and community growth
- Create and publish LinkedIn content, including long-form articles and educational posts
- Edit short-form videos, attorney speaking reels, and authority-building content
- Write high-converting marketing copy for ads, email campaigns, and LinkedIn InMail
- Support product and service launches with marketing campaigns
- Publish and update website content using WordPress
- Optimize website pages for SEO and conversion
- Build landing pages and update website copy as needed
- Track campaign performance, lead generation metrics, and funnel conversion
- Produce weekly performance reports with actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with leadership on growth strategy and ongoing marketing improvements

What you need
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably within B2B
- Proven experience managing LinkedIn Ads campaigns
- Experience with Meta Ads campaign management
- Deep knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics and marketing performance reporting
- Excellent copywriting skills for both short-form and long-form content
- Experience writing blogs, marketing emails, and outreach campaigns
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices
- Experience with WordPress website management
- Strong design sense with the ability to create or direct professional marketing creatives
- Comfortable interpreting analytics and making data-driven decisions
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently
