Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in hotel/lodge management
• Strong leadership and staff supervision skills
• Knowledge of reservations, front office, housekeeping, and food & beverage operations
• Budgeting, stock control, and reporting skills
• Ability to handle guest complaints professionally V Computer skills required
