Tender documents giving detailed information can be obtained from the Association’s cashier after payment of a non-refundable fee of UEX 180,000/One Hundred and Fifty Thousand Shillings Only in Association’s bank account with following details:
Bank Name: Alisa Bank Uganda, Account Number: 6004621598, Account Names: Reproductive Health Uganda and after presenting proof of payment to the Association’s Cashier at Head Office at plot 2 Katego Road Kamwokya off Kira Road, Kampala.
The basic criterion for awarding tenders is but not limited to:
Least Price
Best quality
Reliability and credibility of the supplier
Supplier has a valid trading license issued by a competent body in Uganda
Past experience of the supplier.
The tender documents sealed in a plain* envelope clearly marked "Tenders for 2026" addressed to the Executive Director, Reproductive Health Uganda, Plot 2 Katego Road, Turinel Drive, P.O. Box 10746 Kampala Tel. 0312207100041454668 should be dropped in a tender box at the above address not later than 8:00 p.m. of Thursday 16th October, 2025.
ALL TENDERS FOR SUPPLY OF MATERIALS AND SERVICES WILL BE OPENED ON FRIDAY 17th October 2025 AT 11.0AM IN THE ASSOCIATION'S LEARNING CENTRE AT PLOT 2 KATEGO ROAD.
It should be noted that bids submitted in envelopes branded with company (bidder) details shall be rejected. RHU reserves the right to award or not to award a tender to any of the parties that participate in this call for bids.
