INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROVISION OF DIFFERENT CATEGORIES OF SUPPLIES, SERVICES AND WORKS UNDER PROCUREMENT REF. NO. FU/SUPLS/SRVCS/WRKS 2027-2028
FINCA Uganda Ltd (MDI) is in the process of soliciting service providers for the year 2027-2028. This is therefore to invite suitably qualified bidders to submit sealed prequalification submissions for the provision/supply of assorted categories of supplies, services and works for the period 2027 and 2028.

Terms and Conditions
Interested eligible bidders may obtain prequalification documents (in English) upon payment of a non- refundable fee of UGX. 100,000 (Uganda Shillings One Hundred Thousand Only for each CODE -category). The method of payment will be by cash at any of FINCA Uganda branches.
Bid submission: After payment, send proof of payment to the following email addresses: viola. nakayagaba@fincaug.org and francis.turinawae@fincaug.org. Once the proof of payment is verified, an online link to the bid submission form will be sent to your email. Bidders can then submit their bid documents and attachments through this online process.
For any clarification, bidders should send an email to viola./Francis at the email addresses provided by 15th June 2026. The submissions must be done online before 4 PM EAT on 30th June 2026. Late submissions will be rejected. FINCA Uganda reserves the right to accept or reject any application or all applications.
Evaluation: The bids will be evaluated in accordance with the guidelines stated in the prequalification document. Prequalification is open to all eligible bidders, and Vendors already doing business with FINCA Uganda are required to re-apply.
NB: Bids without proof of payment of the non-refundable fee will be rejected. In addition, Successful bidders awarded contracts or works will be required to open a FINCA account through which all related transactions shall be processed.
