Description

Gulu University has allocated funds to be used for the acquisition of the following requirements in the table below:

The Entry invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above supplies, works and consultancy services.
Bidding shall be conducted in accordance with the procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act Cap 205 and the Regulations made under the Act.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the address given below at 8(a) from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm on working days only.
The bidding document which has been prepared in the English language may be purchased by interested bidders at 8(b) upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000 and bank charge of UGX 2,300. The method of payment will be cash deposit to Ugandan Revenue Authority (URA) using Payment Reference Number (PRN) generated via website: pay.gu.ac.ug. Follow all the necessary steps to generate PRN. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8(c) at or before 2:00PM on Tuesday, 26th May, 2026. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of a Bank Guarantee except for consultancy services where a Bid Securing Declaration shall be required. Both the Bid Security and Bid Securing Declaration must be valid until and including 21st October, 2026. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 8(d) at 2:30PM on Tuesday, 26th May, 2026.
There shall be a pre-bid meeting/site visit at Gulu University Main Campus starting at 11:00AM on 12th May 2026 for sale of Gulu Main Campus located in Gulu City and 13th May, 2026 at 11:00AM for the site at Gulu University – Kitgum Campus.
