The HR Director will manage talent acquisition, employee development, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and compliance with labor laws while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is preferred.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives.
