Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Full-Stack Engineer (JSON Schema Developer) to work on a contract basis. This role focuses on designing and implementing robust JSON schemas and validation logic to improve the accuracy and reliability of AI training data. The work directly shapes how next-generation AI models learn, reason, and perform across domains such as finance, healthcare, and engineering. Ideal candidates will have strong technical skills in data modeling and schema design, with the ability to collaborate across teams to ensure seamless integration with API gateways and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze complex PDF documents (ranging from 25 to 150 pages) to identify relevant data fields for extraction and modeling.

• Design and implement deeply nested JSON schemas from scratch, adhering to data modeling best practices for accuracy and scalability.

• Define field types, naming conventions, and hierarchical structures to accurately represent nested and repeated information.

• Embed granular validation logic, including sum checks and null-testing, to ensure data integrity and consistency across datasets.

• Collaborate with API gateway teams to design schema-driven validation workflows that support reliable data processing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in JSON schema design and validation with hands-on experience developing schemas for complex data structures.

• Strong understanding of API gateway integration and data validation techniques to support real-time processing.

• Experience with JWT (JSON Web Token) for secure data exchange and authentication in API-driven environments.

• Familiarity with data extraction from PDF documents and structured data modeling.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with clear documentation and communication.
