Description

Tenna & Pharma Laboratories is hiring a Finance Officer/Accountant with the following roles and responsibilities;

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Prepare and review monthly and annual financial statements.
• Process payments and verify supplier invoices.
• Manage invoicing, billing, and debt collection.
• Maintain cash flow systems and petty cash accounts.
• Perform reconciliations and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure compliance with URA, URSB, and tax laws.
• Support audits and internal controls.
• Manage stock, assets, and risk registers.
• Liaise with suppliers, banks, and regulators.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA – Level II or above preferred).
• 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting systems and Ugandan tax laws.
• Integrity, attention to detail, and organizational skills
