ABOUT SCHOOLKIT

SchoolKit is a Ugandan-built school management tool that helps nursery, primary and secondary schools generate result slips, report cards, student ID cards, fee receipts, and certificates in minutes. Schools pay only when they download. No subscription. No complicated setup. Payments via MTN or Airtel Mobile Money.

We are growing and looking for self-driven sales representatives to introduce SchoolKit to schools across Uganda.

ROLE SUMMARY

You will identify and approach nursery, primary and secondary schools in your area, demonstrate SchoolKit to bursars and headteachers, and earn a commission for every school you bring on board. This is a flexible, results-based role. You work on your own schedule.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Visit or contact nursery, primary and secondary schools in your region
• Present SchoolKit to headteachers and school bursars
• Guide interested schools through signing up and getting started
• Follow up with schools to support their first purchase
• Report weekly on schools contacted and progress made

WHAT YOU WILL EARN

• 20% commission on every first sale you close with a new school
• 10% ongoing commission every term or year when your schools reorder. You keep earning without doing extra work
• Example: a school with 10 classes that buys Result Slips, Fee Receipts, Student Register, and ID Cards pays UGX 265,000 - you earn UGX 53,000 from that one school on the first sale, then UGX 13,500 every term they reorder.
• Top performers will be considered for a retainer arrangement as the product grows
• All commissions are paid via MTN or Airtel Mobile Money.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Someone with existing contacts or relationships with school administrators, headteachers, or bursars
• Former teacher, education officer, school supplier, or anyone familiar with how Ugandan schools operate
• Self-motivated and able to work without daily supervision
• Honest, reliable, and comfortable presenting a digital product on a phone or laptop
• Based anywhere in Uganda - we welcome applicants from all regions
