Job Overview

Our client is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Amazon Marketplace Account Maintenance Specialist to manage the daily health, listing accuracy, and backend upkeep of their global Amazon storefronts. This is a mid-level role focused on execution and maintenance. You will be responsible for processing routine reports, keeping product listings clean and organized, resolving common listing suppressions, and ensuring inventory data is perfectly up to date. The ideal candidate is systematic, quick to spot catalog errors, and experienced in navigating Amazon’s backend to keep products active and visible.

Client Overview

You will partner with a design-driven global lifestyle brand based in Vancouver, Canada, dedicated to creating timeless utility products for the modern traveler. Founded on the belief that "better journeys" start with thoughtful design, this company has evolved from a small family-rooted idea into a worldwide leader in travel gear and accessories. The team you will be supporting is a community of explorers and risk-takers who value nostalgia, innovation, and creative freedom. Known for reimagining classic silhouettes and engineering the next generation of travel essentials, they inspire people to "put themselves out there." If you are passionate about blending premium aesthetics with real-world functionality and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect role to showcase your skills on a global stage.

  • Experience: 1–3 years of direct experience handling Amazon account maintenance or e-commerce catalog operations.
  • Platform Skills: Solid working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central.
