Role Overview
As a Driver at Safetech Security Limited, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe transportation of students. You will work independently under the supervision of the Human Resources department, exhibiting qualities such as proactivity, strong communication, and effective time management. Your ability to collaborate with others while maintaining a sense of responsibility and motivation will greatly contribute to our team's success.

Key Responsibilities

• Check the condition of a vehicle's essential systems, including tires, brakes, lights, and safety equipment to ensure everything is in working order.
• Comply with traffic regulations to operate vehicles safely and courteously.
• Make minor repairs to vehicles as needed.
• Read maps and follow written and verbal directions to navigate effectively.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

•  Education: Post-secondary Diploma in relevant fields
• Experience: 2-3 years of driving experience
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in Luganda and Swahili

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to maintain knowledge of first-aid procedures.
• Experience in preparing reports on trips, hours worked, and fuel consumption.
• Familiarity with vehicle maintenance practices.
