Public Notice: Disposal of Used Motor Vehicles

FIDA-Uganda wishes to dispose of the following motor vehicles and therefore invites sealed bids from interested members of the public for their purchase.

Vehicles for Disposal:

Note: All vehicles are sold on an "as-is, where-is" basis without warranty.

Viewing Details:

• Inspection Period: 22nd June 2026 to 2nd July 2026

• Times: 9:00AM to 5:00 PM (Monday to Thursday)

• Location: FIDA-Uganda Offices, Plot 9, Ntinda Avenue, Kampala

Interested bidders are encouraged to inspect the vehicles during the specified period. No liability will be accepted for failure to view the vehicles.

Bidding Process:

• Bid Documents: Available upon submission of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000 per vehicle to fidaprocurement@gmail.com.

• Submission Deadline: 7th July 2026 by 10:00 AM

• Submission Method:

    Note: Bids submitted via email must be in PDF format and received before the submission deadline. Late submissions will not be considered.

Bid Opening:

• Date: 7th July 2026

• Time: 2:00 PM

• Venue: FIDA-Uganda Boardroom

Bidders or their representatives are welcome to attend the bid opening session.

Terms and Conditions:

1. All vehicles are sold on an "as-is, where-is" basis. FIDA-Uganda offers no warranties or guarantees.

2. The successful bidder for each vehicle will be notified in writing.

3. Payment must be made in full within five (5) working days upon notification.

4. Failure to pay within the stipulated time will result in forfeiture of the bid.

5. FIDA-Uganda reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and is not bound to accept the highest bid.
