Job Summary:   We are on the lookout for a young, self-driven, and passionate lady to join us as a Customer Care Agent in Kampala, Uganda. If you have a knack for delivering exceptional customer service and thrive in a dynamic environment, this opportunity is for you!

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel. etc)
• A proactive, energetic, and detail-oriented individual
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
