JOB DETAILS:

Job Summary:

The Cashier will be responsible for handling financial transactions accurately, managing cash, and providing excellent customer service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process payments (cash, mobile money, etc.) accurately.
• Issue receipts, refunds, or change to customers.
• Balance the cash drawer at the end of each shift.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions.
• Reconcile cash with sales records.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide basic information.
• Follow all cash-handling policies and security procedures.

Requirements:

• Honest, disciplined, and hardworking individual (High integrity required).
• Good numerical and customer service skills.
• Relevant qualifications in Accounting, Business, or a related field are an added advantage.
• Experience in a similar cash-handling role is an added advantage.
