Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound & outbound calls professionally
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, SMS & email
  • Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases
  • Update customer records in the CRM
  • Follow service standards (Average HandleTime, response time, quality)
  • Provide feedback on customer trends and service gaps

 

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, IT, Communications, or related field
  • 1–2 years’ experience in customer service or call centre roles
  • Excellent communication & problem-solving skills

Computer literacy (CRM, MS Office, WhatsApp Business)

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
