Stanbic Bankn Uganda is hiring a Business Analyst – Employee Value Banking with the following duties and responsibilities;

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To drive growth and value via Employee Value Banking (EVB) client value proposition for Personal and Private Clients AR, with specific focus on Public Sector and the largest economic contributing sectors.
  • Research and analyse the local market to understand key business drivers, influencers, and competitor activity. Identify sales gaps and implements remedial action plans.
  • Build up a sufficient network with product, credit and segment owners to support and establish points of contact for all new leads referred in the country.
  • Develop and implement business attraction plans for personal solutions, including analysing market potential.
  • Monitor performance (sales against targets) of acquired clients by tracking all recorded sales and activity schedules.
  • Ensures detailed insights and analytics are provided on internal and external potential markets / clients to enable EVB teams to target the right clients.
  • Assists in executing the EVB project plan and project planning from an insights perspective to support the EVB roll-out plan and roadmap and manage stakeholder engagements to ensure delivery within SLA.
  • Provide insight to continuous improvement based on client value, service model, process improvements and sensing capability.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • First Degree Business Commerce or related from a recognised Institution
  • Other Preferred Qualifications, certifications or professional memberships will be an added advantage
  • Atleast 2-3 years exposure to branch banking environment and stakeholder management.
  • Deeper Knowledge and understanding of market segmentation value propositions and customer profiles per micro-market.
