Britam Uganda is hiring a Branch Manager to support agency distribution growth and branch performance.

Mandatory Pre-Qualification Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Life Insurance Industry
• Must already have an active sales force structure
• Minimum 50 active Financial Advisors ready for transition
• Minimum 5 active Unit Managers under supervision
• Proven experience managing agency sales teams
• Demonstrated track record in recruitment, retention, and sales growth
• COP Certification is an added advantage (Candidates pursuing COP studies are encouraged to apply)

Experience in Months: 60

Level of Education: bachelor degree
