Job Summary:   We are looking for a sharp, self-driven individual to join our team in Nabweru. This is a versatile, hands-on role at the heart of our business — you will be the first point of contact for customers, suppliers, and partners, while also keeping our accounts, operations, and administration running smoothly.

If you thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same, and you enjoy taking ownership across different functions, this role is built for you.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Accounts & Finance

  • Maintain accurate financial records and prepare monthly financial reports
  • Handle invoicing, petty cash, accounts payable and receivable
  • Perform bank reconciliations and support audit activities
  • Ensure compliance with tax obligations (VAT, PAYE, etc.)

Sales & Customer Relations

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and walk-ins
  • Process customer orders and follow up on outstanding payments
  • Coordinate with the sales team on reporting and order fulfilment
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers

Administration & Operations

  • Manage front-desk duties, scheduling, correspondence, and filing
  • Support procurement and supplier coordination
  • Provide general operational support across the business
  • Assist management with reports, planning, and day-to-day operations

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

Essential

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in accounting, administration, or a similar multi-functional role
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, Sage, or Tally) and Microsoft Excel/Office
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
  • A proactive self-starter comfortable working across multiple functions in a start-up environment
  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
  • Professional qualification: (CPA, ACCA) or equivalent is an added advantage
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or trading company will be an added.
