Job summary
We are seeking a versatile In-House Marketing and Design Specialist to drive growth across business-to-consumer (B2C) markets. In this role, you will split your creative talents to win lucrative commercial contracts, and designing trust-building local marketing campaigns to capture residential and neighborhood accounts.
Job descriptions & requirements
• Residential (B2C) Marketing: Create hyper-local digital ads, direct mail flyers, and community newsletter assets targeted at HOA board members, neighborhood associations, and estate owners.
• Digital & social media: Manage and design content for LinkedIn (to network with commercial partners) and Facebook/Next-door (to build trust with residential clients).
• Local Brand Assets: Design eye-catching physical marketing materials, including vehicle wrap concepts for patrol cars, localized event banners, lawn signs, and security window decals.
• Lead Generation Support: Build and optimize landing pages tailored to different client types to capture local inbound service requests.
• Recruitment Support: Design localized ads and recruitment flyers to attract high-quality security officers to staff our client sites.
