Job Overview:

Maxtech Electric Solutions. is looking for a detail-oriented and hardworking Accountant to support our finance team. This role is ideal for someone with basic accounting knowledge and a willingness to learn. If you are good with numbers and want to grow in the accounting field, we encourage you to apply!

Key Responsibilities:

• Help in recording daily financial transactions (e.g., sales, expenses).
• Assist in preparing receipts, and payments.
• Count and record stock movement (track what comes in and what goes out).
• Make sure stock records match with sales and purchases.
• Support in keeping track of company accounts and financial reports.
• Work with URA to ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Assist in submitting financial statements and other required tax documents.
• Help with bank transactions, deposits, and reconciliations.
• Maintain organized financial records and documents.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration.
• Experience: 1 years of experience or Educated in 2025

Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Ability to use Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Understanding of Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) tax procedures
• Good with numbers and attention to detail.
• Honest, organized, and willing to learn.
