Project/Field Manager

JOB DUTIES:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee multiple painting projects simultaneously.
• Supervise painters, site supervisors & subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship.
• Ensure all painting and finishing works meet quality standards.
• Ensure proper inventory control and minimize wastage.
• Serve as the primary contact between the company & clients during project execution.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and any project management software is an added advantage.
