Job Purpose

To provide high-quality, safe, efficient, and compassionate services within your assigned department while upholding the organization's standards of professionalism, teamwork, integrity, and patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on the role, successful candidates will be expected to:

  • Perform duties in accordance with their professional qualifications, scope of practice, and organizational policies.
  • Deliver high-quality services that prioritize patient safety, comfort, and satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and respect when interacting with patients, families, colleagues, and visitors.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation as required by regulatory and organizational standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and efficient service delivery.
  • Adhere to infection prevention and control measures, health and safety regulations, and quality assurance standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality and protect patient information at all times.
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives, staff meetings, and professional development activities.
  • Ensure proper use and care of equipment, supplies, and organizational resources.
  • Support the organization's mission of delivering "Healthcare with Hospitality" through exceptional customer service.

Minimum Requirements

  • Relevant academic qualification, diploma, degree, or professional certification for the respective position.
  • Valid professional registration and practicing license where applicable.
  • Minimum of 2 years' relevant working experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Customer-focused with a positive attitude.

Time: 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM for Front Desk to Anaesthetic Officers
