Job Summary:   We are looking for a motivated, self-driven and capable Hardware Engineer who will leader our hardware team and ensure all hardware is in a good state working state

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with staff, customers or clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues.
  • Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
  • Liaising with the Group Hardware team on: implementing group strategy; understanding hardware devices and mechanisms; setting repair guidelines; brainstorming to come up with quicker and more effective repair techniques.
  • Working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, when deemed necessary).
  • Prioritizing and managing many open cases at the same time.
  • Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, e.g., software developers.

 

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

Minimum level of academic and professional qualification required to perform effectively in the role:

  • Degree qualified in Electrical and electronic Engineering or related programs.

Minimum level of experience required to perform effectively in the role:

  • Proven work experiences as a hardware engineer with minimum of 2 years’
