JOB DETAILS:

We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Chef to lead kitchen operations and deliver high-quality food in line with the organization's standards. The successful candidate will oversee food preparation, supervise kitchen staff, and ensure excellent food quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and supervise the production of high-quality meals.
  • Develop menus and ensure consistency in food presentation and taste.
  • Supervise and mentor kitchen staff to maintain efficient operations.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
  • Monitor inventory, food costs, and kitchen supplies.
  • Minimize food waste and maintain cost-effective kitchen operations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety within the kitchen.
  • Collaborate with management to improve menu offerings and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Certificate, Diploma, or relevant qualification in Culinary Arts, Food Production, or Hospitality.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and kitchen management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
