Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Javascript Developer to work on a contract basis. The successful candidate will apply their expertise to help train next-generation AI systems, shaping how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. The Javascript Developer will be part of a global network of experts contributing to the development of frontier AI models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize robust, efficient, and reusable Javascript code for web applications.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features and enhancements.

• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and best practices to foster continuous improvement.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues across the application stack.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Javascript, with experience in web application development and a strong understanding of front-end and back-end technologies.

• Experience with collaborative code development and version control systems, such as Git.

• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.

• Familiarity with containerization and deployment tools, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
