• Role: Typescript Developer (Python / Rust / Go) - Remote
• Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere)
• Payout: $30 - $100 per hour

Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Typescript Developer (Python / Rust / Go) to work on a Contractor basis. This role focuses on applying expertise in Typescript, Python, Rust, and Go to develop and refine high-quality training data for next-generation AI systems. Your contributions will directly shape how AI models learn, reason, and perform across critical domains such as finance, healthcare, and engineering. This is a unique opportunity to work on the human intelligence layer that powers AI advancements globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute production-level development and refactoring efforts in Typescript, Python, Rust, and Go codebases

• Drive or support codebase migrations, rewrites, and modernization projects across multiple language ecosystems

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members to produce, evaluate, and refine human data for AI training

• Ensure best practices in software engineering, including clean code, maintainability, and thorough documentation

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex technical challenges spanning Typescript, Python, Rust, and Go stacks

• Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving feedback to maintain high standards of code quality

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Typescript with experience in production-level development and codebase modernization

• Strong expertise in Python, including refactoring and migrating codebases to modern standards

• Familiarity with Rust or Go, with the ability to contribute to multi-language projects

• Experience with clean code practices, maintainability, and comprehensive documentation

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across multiple programming languages

• Prior experience in software development, testing, or related technical roles
