Role Overview:
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Risk Intelligence Analyst to work on a contract basis. This role involves designing and evaluating structured rubrics to assess AI model outputs in risk intelligence and crisis management scenarios. Your domain expertise will directly shape how next-generation AI systems learn, reason, and perform while contributing to the development of reliable AI agents. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and refine structured reasoning rubrics to assess AI model outputs related to risk intelligence and crisis management scenarios.
• Evaluate training datasets and real-world scenarios to identify potential threats and assess their severity using established assessment frameworks.
• Conduct multi-stage response planning exercises to simulate and analyze incident response workflows across organizational domains.
• Provide written and verbal feedback on AI model performance, ensuring clarity and actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with global experts and AI teams to integrate domain-specific knowledge into reinforcement learning environments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Demonstrated experience in risk intelligence, crisis management, or incident response with a focus on threat assessment and structured reasoning.
• Proficiency in designing and applying assessment frameworks or rubrics to evaluate complex, high-stakes scenarios.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to perform data analysis and derive insights from structured reasoning tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to deliver precise feedback and collaborate effectively with remote teams.
• Familiarity with organizational workflows in HR, security, and communications to contextualize risk intelligence within broader operational frameworks.
