Job Summary
The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing and implementing social media and digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engage customers, generate leads, and support sales of Tumaini Organics Limited products and services.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute social media marketing strategies.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms.
  • Manage the company's social media accounts and online communities.
  • Design graphics, reels, videos, and promotional content.
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages.
  • Plan and manage social media advertising campaigns.
  • Promote company products, training programs, events, and special offers.
  • Track social media performance and prepare regular reports.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support business growth.
  • Generate leads and contribute to achieving sales targets.
  • Maintain a consistent brand image across all digital platforms.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business
  • Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
  • Knowledge of social media advertising and analytics tools.
