Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or ITI.
Shop Floor Experience: 4–5 years of hands-on experience in the maintenance of injection molding or industrial equipment.
Job Purpose
Support machine maintenance and breakdown activities to ensure uninterrupted production operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Monitor machine availability and utilization.
• Support troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical issues.
• Replace bearings, seals, and gearbox components.
• Ensure equipment safety and operational efficiency.
• Maintain hygiene and punctuality standards.
Preferred Skills
Good communication skills, teamwork, problem-solving ability, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.
Systems Knowledge
HACCP / ISO / TPM (Preferred)
