What you'll be doing

• Serve as the go-to legal counsel for the Austrian and German businesses, delivering pragmatic, commercial legal advice
• Lead on commercial contracts; drafting, reviewing and adapting standard forms
• Navigate regulatory and compliance issues, liaising with regulators relating to manufacturing and environmental matters
• Manage ad-hoc legal queries from operations, supply chain, and commercial teams

Who we're looking for

• Qualified in Austria or Germany, or with substantial experience practising in these jurisdictions
• German speaker (essential) with the ability to operate confidently across both Austrian and German business environments
• Extensive commercial contracts experience, ideally with experience in manufacturing, food/FMCG, or other regulated industries
• Proven ability to hit the ground running in a business undergoing change
