About the Client
Our client is a long-standing, globally recognized NGO operating in 40–50 countries across Southeast Asia, Africa, North America, and Europe. They are currently transitioning from fragmented legacy systems to a centralized global ERP framework. Following a successful pilot phase, the organization is now scaling this transformation to ensure operational excellence and financial transparency in their mission-critical work across emerging markets.
Role: We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager / Business Analyst (PM/BA) to drive a high-impact global ERP transformation for a prominent international NGO. In this strategic oversight role, you will lead the rollout of Deltek Costpoint across an initial wave of six countries. Rather than performing hands-on technical configuration, you will serve as the senior coordinator and advisor, ensuring seamless alignment between regional stakeholders, technical teams, and business units across a complex, multi-country landscape.
Responsibilities
- Rollout Coordination: Oversee the ERP implementation across an initial six-country wave, managing the transition from legacy systems (Dynamics, Salesforce, Workday, etc.) to Deltek Costpoint.
- Strategic Oversight: Provide a "second set of eyes" on all implementation progress to proactively identify risks, gaps, and inconsistencies.
- Cross-Functional Liaison: Act as the bridge between HR, Finance, Payroll, and Technical teams to ensure data alignment and process consistency.
- Governance & Reporting: Maintain rigorous documentation and reporting standards; track dependencies and escalate issues across globally distributed workstreams.
- QA & Validation: Support the planning and quality assurance for data migration, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and training coordination.
- Global Facilitation: Lead communication efforts across multiple time zones, ensuring country teams with varying maturity levels remain aligned with global standards.
Required Qualifications
- Expertise: 10+ years in Project Management or Business Analysis, specifically within large-scale ERP transformation programs.
- Systems Knowledge: Strong familiarity with Deltek Costpoint (strongly preferred) or similar ERPs like Microsoft Dynamics.
- International Exposure: Proven experience supporting multi-country implementations, ideally within the NGO sector or donor-funded environments.
- Technical Literacy: Deep understanding of data migration, system validation, and business process alignment involving platforms like Workday, Oracle, or Salesforce.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams in a distributed, international environment.
- Education/Language: Fluency in English is required; additional skills in Spanish or Arabic are a significant advantage.
