Description

Tenna & Pharma Laboratories is hiring a Laboratory Manager with the following key duties and responsibilities;

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate laboratory technicians.
• Provide technical support to Technical and Production teams.
• Ensure compliance with technical specifications and EHS standards.
• Oversee installation processes and trials involving IRS and FWD systems.
• Analyze and interpret laboratory results for decision-making.
• Establish and monitor quality control measures.
• Review and validate documentation of laboratory results.
• Manage laboratory equipment and instruments.
• Participate in procurement planning and committee activities.
• Coordinate monthly performance reporting for Laboratory, Clinical, and Radiology departments.
• Lead budgeting and resource allocation processes.
• Manage stock and inventory.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Laboratory Science or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in laboratory management.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of quality control and compliance standards.
