Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily business and operational activities of the company
- Supervise staff performance and provide leadership across departments
- Coordinate land sales, customer relations, and project activities
- Develop and implement operational strategies to support business growth
- Prepare operational reports and support management decision-making
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and cost control measures
- Ensure professionalism, accountability, and compliance within company operations

Requirements
