Role Description

We are looking for energetic and results-driven individuals to join our team as Sales Officers.

Key Responsibilities

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
• Proficient in customer service practices with demonstrated ability to handle client inquiries effectively.
• Experience in sales, with knowledge of sales strategies and techniques to support team objectives.
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage tasks, documentation, and time efficiently.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while maintaining a client-focused approach.
• Basic proficiency with sales software and office tools is an advantage.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident speaking on camera and comfortable creating promotional video content.
• Basic understanding of technology and software systems.
• Ability to use smartphones, email, WhatsApp, and social media professionally.
• Willingness to travel for field work and client deployments.
• Sales or customer care experience is an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
