Description

Kaso Logistics is seeking a motivated and results-driven Logistics Sales Agent to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and promote logistics and transportation services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of supply chain or freight operations, and the ability to meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in logistics, transportation, and freight services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Present and promote company logistics solutions to customers.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements.
- Negotiate pricing and contracts with clients.
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide after-sales support.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in logistics, transportation, or freight forwarding.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Good understanding of logistics operations and supply chain processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Compensation
- Attractive salary package plus performance-based commissions.
