Kaso Logistics is seeking a motivated and results-driven Logistics Sales Agent to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and promote logistics and transportation services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of supply chain or freight operations, and the ability to meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in logistics, transportation, and freight services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Present and promote company logistics solutions to customers.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements.
• Negotiate pricing and contracts with clients.
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Resolve customer concerns and provide after-sales support.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in logistics, transportation, or freight forwarding.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Good understanding of logistics operations and supply chain processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
